Service and responsibilities
The service answers with merchant-maintained content, qualifies buying needs, and prepares inquiries for sales. Merchants remain responsible for their content, final prices, commercial commitments, legal notices, and customer follow-up.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, sexually explicit, harmful, malicious, or high-risk activity. Do not upload content you lack rights to use or attempt to bypass access, rate, or security controls.
Plans, billing, and renewal
Current prices, currencies, billing periods, and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page before signup. Paid subscriptions renew for the displayed billing period until canceled. Creem is the Merchant of Record for eligible checkout transactions.
Cancellation and refunds
Workspace owners can cancel through Merchant Admin → Plans & usage → Manage subscription. Unless checkout or local law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case based on service delivery, usage, duplicate charges, technical failure, and applicable law; contact support within 14 days of the charge.
Availability and termination
We may suspend access for security threats, unpaid balances, abuse, or material violations. The service is provided without guarantees of sales, ranking, revenue, or conversion outcomes.
