Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans renew for the displayed billing period until canceled. Workspace owners can open Merchant Admin → Plans & usage → Manage subscription to update payment details or cancel through the Creem Customer Portal.

Taxes and the final charged amount are shown at secure checkout. Refund requests are reviewed under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
