Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email, AI, object-storage, analytics, and payment providers. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for eligible purchases and processes checkout, tax, receipts, refunds, and subscription events under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We retain data only for operational, contractual, security, and legal needs. Access is scoped by workspace role; sensitive credentials are not exposed in public pages or routine logs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Workspace owners control merchant content and can manage subscriptions through the customer portal.
